Nickname
Use a nickname or real name - this name will be displayed as the owner's name.

Used for authorization. Please always use the same email address when submitting a new Vectrex.

Activate to display your email address on the Vectrex SDB list. Your email will be visible for all visitors.

Your City
Please use the city where the Vectrex is located.

Your Country
Please use the country where the Vectrex is located.

First Owner
Please activate if you are the first owner of the Vectrex (bought in the 1980s or fresh out of the box later)

Serial Number
Please use the exact serial number that is printed on the sticker on the backside of your Vectrex. Do not include spaces but separation lines if any. A normal Vectrex serial number looks like: 0014766 or 109134A

Manufacturer
The Manufacturer is mentioned on the back side of your Vectrex.

Model ID
The Manufacturer is mentioned on the back side of your Vectrex. If your Vectrex model ID is not included use "Other" and type the serial in the following field.

Made in...
Where your Vectrex was made is mentioned at the back side of your Vectrex. Please add only the country name.

Condition
Please use a short status like: working, defective screen, case break or hardware error.

Buzzing
Please activate if your Vectrex makes a buzzing noise while working.

BIOS Checksum
You can read the Vectrex BIOS checksum with the TEST cartridge. If you do not have the TEST cartridge you can define the ROM version by reading the Bootscreen title.

Boot Screen
Reads "Vectrex" or "Vectrex - Entertaining new ideas" or
"Vectrex GCE Entertaining new ideas".

Serial Photo
Add a URL to a photo of your Vectrex serial sticker. The format is: https://yourserver.com/yourimage.jpg. Please do not use an image host service, it will not work. If you do not have an own server you can send your photo to the SDB Admin Oliver. It will be included in the next monthly update.
