This was to be a promotional game in the style of Mr. Boston Clean Sweep, but this time a version of Web Wars with a Newport Cigarettes ad. Bill Hawkings finished it and sent it to Newport, but probably nothing happened after that. "Salem Cigarettes Promotional Cartridge" was mentioned in some e-mails by an ex-GCE employee and we suspect that's the same thing.
